Michael Farrington

Michael Farrington has more than 20 years in the medical technology industry. Before joining Corza, he served as Chief People Officer of Globus Medical, overseeing global human resources, talent, total rewards, philanthropy, corporate communication, marketing and brand functions. Prior to Globus, Michael spent seven years at NuVasive, serving as Chief People and Culture Officer and SVP, Corporate Marketing, Brand and Communication, respectively. Previously he served in expanding leadership roles in CareFusion and Cardinal Health. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
